Event Booking Terms & Conditions - General

a) Classes are open to anyone, and all places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

b) Cancellations by participants: No refunds will be available for participants unable to attend a pre-booked session or individual pre-booked classes during a course.

c) Cancellations by Northern Arts Club: The Northern Arts Club reserves the right to cancel a course if bookings are low. If the course is cancelled for this reason, participants will receive a full refund.

d) Cancellation by Northern Arts Club due to bad weather and tutor absence: If any class is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer a replacement class if practically possible. If a tutor is unable to attend a tutored class, we will endeavour to provide a substitute tutor, but if this is not possible, we will reschedule that class upon the tutor’s return.
